ALU CHAAT

Ingredients:---

Potatoes - 4 (Boiled and peeled),
Pomegranate (Anar) - 1 tbsp,
Sendha namak to taste,
Green chilli - 1 (chopped finely),
Lemon juice - 1 tsp,
Oil for frying,
Sugar - 1 tsp(grounded),
Black pepper - 1.2 tsp,

Method

1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry the potatoes till golden brown.
2. Drain on a kitchen towel and let them cool.
3. Add pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, sendha namak, green chilli, pepper, sugar with the fried potatoes.
4. Toss well and serve immediately.
