KUTTU KE PAKODE

Ingredients:---

Kuttu ka atta - 1 cup,
Potatoes - 3 (boil till half cooked),
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped),
Green chilli - 1 (chopped),
Sendha Namak to taste,
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp,
Oil for frying,

Method

1. Mix water to the kuttu ka atta to get a smooth batter.
2. Add salt, pepper, green chilli and coriander leaves to this batter.
3. Cut potatoes into thick slices.
4. Heat oil for frying. Dip each potato slice into the prepared batter till the potato slices are cooked.
5. Drain on kitchen towel and serve hot.
