KUTTU KI PURI

Ingredients:---

Kuttu ka atta - 1 cup,
Potato - 1 (Boiled and mashed),
Green chilli - 1 (chopped finely),
Sendha namak to taste,
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped),
Oil for frying

Method

1. Take kuttu ka atta, mashed potato, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt. Put 1 tbsp oil and knead a stiff dough.
2. Make small balls of the dough and roll out each ball to form a puri.
3. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry till the puries are dark brown.
4. Serve with aloo ki sabji.
