PUMPKIN HALWA

Ingredients:---

Pumpkin - 1 kg,
Ghee - 2 tbsp,
Milk - 1 cup,
Green cardamom powder - 1 tsp,
Sugar - 1/2 cup,
cashew-nuts - 10,

Method

1. Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into cubes.
2. Boil the pumpkin with milk and mash them.
3. In a thick bottomed pan, Heat ghee, add mashed pumpkin. Saute for 10 min.
4. Add Mawa , sugar and cardamom powder, Saute and keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
5. Garnish with cashew-nuts and serve hot.
