SABUDANA KHICHDI

Ingredients:---

Sabudana (sago) - 1 cup (washed and soaked for 2 hrs),
Potato - 1 (boiled and cut into cubes )
Peanuts - 1 tbsp (Roasted),
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp,
Tomato - 1 (chopped finely),
Green chilli - (chopped finely),
Sendha salt to taste,
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp,
Ghee - 1 tbsp,

Method

1. Heat ghee in a non-stick kadhai, Add cumin seeds and tomatoes. Saute for one minute.
2. Add ghee, green chilli and cubed potatoes. Mix salt, black pepper powder, roasted peanuts.
3. In the end, add soaked sabudana and mix gently.
4. Serve hot immediately.
