SABUDANA KHEER (SAGO KHEER)

Ingredients:---

Sabudana (sago) - 1 cup (washed and soaked for 2 hrs.),
Milk - 1 ltr,
Sugar - 1 cup,
Dry nuts - 1 tbsp (optional),
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp,

Method

1. Boil the milk add sabudana to it.
2. Boil till milk thickens, stir continuously.
3. Add sugar, nuts and elaichi powder.
4. Cool it and keep in the fridge. Serve chilled.
Note: You can have it hot also.
