SABUDANA VADA

Ingredients:---

Sabudana (sago) - 1 cup (washed and soaked),
Potato - 2 (boiled),
Peanuts (roasted) - 1 tbsp (crushed),
Green chilli - 1 (chopped),
Sendha namak (Rock salt) to taste,
Crushed black pepper to taste,

Method

1. Soak sabudana for 2 hrs.
2. Drain n squeeze it.
3. Mash the potatoes, mix sabudana, peanuts, green chilli, black pepper and sendha namak in it. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in a kadhai. Make balls of this sabudana mixture and flatten them.
5. Fry them till crisp and brown.
6. Serve hot with imli chutney made of sendha namak.
