FALAHARI RAITA

Ingredients:---

Potato - 1 (Boiled),
Cucumber - 1 (Chopped),
Pomegranate - 1 tbsp,
Green chilli - 1 (chopped finely),
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped),
Sendha namak to taste,
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp,
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp,
Sugar - 1/2 tsp,
Curd - 2 cups,

Method

1. Beat the curd in a bowl.
2. Add sugar, salt, black pepper and cumin seeds powder. Mix well.
3. Add potatoes, cucumber and pomegranate seeds.
4. Chill the mixture.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
